The Virginia Horse Council Foundation is funded by grants and donations from interested groups and individuals.  We are a 501(c)3 organization.  Your donation will help us provide education and resources to horse owners, Animal Control Officers, and to the general public.  Additionally, it is our goal to establish a scholarship fund to aid those pursuing careers in the equine industry.
